Subject YES to Proposed Costco at Chinden/Ten Mile
Message I strongly SUPPORT the proposed Costco at Chinden and Ten Mile. I see this retailer
being a valuable component of the city, both in providing access to goods and
services, as well as employment. In addition, the proposed widening of Chinden and
Ten Mile is only a good thing -- regardless of Costco -- given the current
RESIDENTIAL expansion in the area and surroundings. I also feel the planned
(future) residential communities (e.g. permanent population increase) would/will add
far more traffic, challenges to traffic flow and control, and general *disruption* than
Costco and the proposed retail around it. Thanks for your consideration of my
opinions -- planning around such growth can't be easy!
