Message I frequently shop at Costco and find the Boise store is often crowded--indicating the
public is very pleased with the company and its values. Upon inspecting the proposed
site of the Meridian Costco, it appears the residences that may be affected by the
proximaty of the that location are all in future homes proposed in the Bainbridge
Development. I am concerned about the possibility that one entity (the developers of
Bainbridge) is attempting to stop development by another entity (Costco) by using the
rights of individual property owners who have not yet purchased homes that have not
even been constructed. I am trusting the Mayor and City Council members will
consider this proposal taking each parties interests and equities into account.
