Message I have been a resident of Meridian for 12 years. I enjoy the growth and amenities that
have been added to my community since 2006. I feel that the city has improved
highways and traffic patterns throughout the area, as commercial and residential
growth have continued to grow. I am a proponent for a Costco being built in
Meridian. There will always be people who don't want it because of where their
home is situated. However, the people of Meridian have a right to shop local, support
its own community, as well as partner with an outstanding company such as
Costco. Costco provides jobs for all demographics and provides bulk food for large
families in this area at a reasonable price. Please consider the greater impact for the
majority of Meridian residents when considering Costco, despite the small faction of
people against. Thank you.
