Message I respectfully request that you DENY the developers application to change the zoning
on the parcel in question. The estimated increased volume of traffic in the
neighborhood of 7500 cars per day is unacceptable to the nearby homeowers - many
like ourselves in Spurwing who checked the existing zoning on this and other nearby
parcels before electing to puchase a home there. If this zoning change passes, many
of us feel we were duped and will seek redress with the next election.
