Message I am in favor of Costco coming to Chinden. The roads need widened on Chinden and
Ten Mile anyhow - due to the growth from housing/population. We are saving traffic
jams elsewhere in the Treasure Valley when one does not have to trek from N.
Meridian to Boise or Nampa to go to Costco or other stores that are desperately
needed in the area. We are grid locked into a giant neighborhood in N. Meridian and
often have to drive to the City of Nampa or Eagle Rd. just to go out to eat or do
shopping. Amenities are needed for N. Meridian and for the people of Star and Eagle
as well. The traffic will be coming this way whether it's housing or businesses that
are put into place off Chinden Rd. I'd rather have a good mixture of business and
residential in N. Meridian- rather than having to drive 25 minutes to get to the nearest
Costco. Thank you for listening!
