Message I believe there is a HUGE need for a Costco in this area. The traffic and population is
already such that it wouldn't increase the number of people or drivers in the area. It is
already massive due to the number of housing developments, apartments going up and
current residential properties. It is about time that we have some convenient shopping
to go along with our already overgrown population. To not put the Costco in would
be ridiculous for that reason alone. It isn't going to bring that many more people into
the area than are already here from the housing developments.
