In compliance with Meridian City Code §11 -5A -6.D, I did personally post the subject property on
the 23rd day of February 2018. Signs were posted for the rezone of 2.11 acres from L -O to R-40
with a conditional use permit for two 8-plex multi -family buildings and one 24 -unit apartment
building for the Hickory Apartments LLC Project.
