Message I vote in favor of Costco to better serve this extremely fast growing community of
Meridian. Not only will it bring revenue to our city from the residents but revenue
from the immediate surrounding communities PLUS much easier access for those
who come down from Boise, Gem and Valley Counties via Hwy 55. I do understand
the cons of what comes with a development such as this, It’s my understanding that
Costco has addressed this and is willing to do what it takes to improve the
roads..which is LONG OVERDUE. To the people that have chosen to purchase a
home in the area along Chinden Blvd and Ten Mile, did it not occur to them that
commercial would absolutely follow?
