Message I am in support of the Costco store at Chinden and 10 mile. I do have concerns about
the high density housing that is proposed for this site. My concern is the overload the
city is putting on the West Ada School District. Where do the students from this and
other high density housing projects go to school. Our schools are bursting at the
seams. It seems like the city of Meridian has a grow, grow, grow mentality without
giving thought to the consequences that growth will have on schools and
infrastructure. We as taxpayers cannot continually be asked asked to pass bond issues
to provide for the ever continuing increase in the school population. Thank you, Rich
