Message I think the addition of Costco is a plus. As a former resident of Boise county to have
a Costco that you don't need to go cross town to Boise is a plus. Especially if they are
going to pay for improvements to Chinden and 10 mile roads. Added employment for
Meridian. Spend the money in Meridian.
