Message Please approve the planned development at Chinden/Ten Mile, including Costco.
First, historically Costco works with neighbors. Second, Meridian can use the
development and tax money in the face of retail challenges from Amazon, etc. Third,
Chinden is a clogged nightmare at certain times of the day and widening the road
through there will be a big help. Residents knew they were moving into a prime
commercial area next to Chinden, and the buffers look adequate to provide sound
insulation and light protection. Please read this at March 1 meeting.
