Message Mr. Mayor and Council,
The proposed new site for Costco is in a wonderful location. Costco is willing to
upgrade Chinden
to Hwy 16 and part of Ten Mile which is much needed and I feel is very fair on their
part for the increased traffic it will generate. Once you approved the new exit off I84,
Ten mile was destined to be a major commercial street.
Chinden has needed your improvement attention for a very long time. I don't think we
need more residential housing in that area at all.
My vote is that Costco gets approved.
