Message Esteemed Mayor and Council:
I am unable to attend the 3/1 planning meeting. I wanted to send my feedback for
consideration. I am not in support of a Costco getting built on Chinden and Ten Mile
Road. Even with the proposed road widening, I am concerned about increased traffic
and associated noise. It's my understanding that deliveries start as early as 3 -
4am. There is already considerable traffic and noise in this area. Lastly, I'm most
concerned about the long term impact to my property value. I'm unable to tell 'where'
this decision is in the process. In summary, I'm not supportive of the map, annexation
and rezoning approvals.
