Message I have been reading a lot about the opposition to both Costco on Ten Mile and
Chinden and Winco on Linder and Chinden, and I wanted to write and express my
support for both stores to be built. I understand the concerns of the nearby neighbors,
but I believe them to be a small minority and that their concerns could be resolved
without stopping the projects. I believe that the vast majority of people in this area
want these stores to be built and that they will be valuable assets to the community
both in bringing these stores closer to us, and also in the tax revenues they will bring
into the city. I would encourage the City Council to move these projects forward for
the good of the of the community, and not continue to delay them.
