Message It is our, mine and my wife's, opinion that the addition of a Costco at their proposed
location of Ten Mile and Chinden is a good idea and a positive impact to our
City. Their site planning and commitment to street improvements will make a
positive impact and appears to be well thought out. Although the addition of this
store might increase traffic a bit, from our perspective we already traverse these
roadways so our monthly trip to Costco will not substantially change the traffic in this
area; but, likewise because we can utilize this facility rather than either the Boise or
Nampa facilities our impact to those roadways will be diminished. And, finally
Costco is not a disruptive business thus any potential impact to the adjacent properties
should be minimal...such that if I were looking for a home in the adjacent properties I
would not be discouraged by the Costco facility. Thank you for considering this
important improvement to our shopping facilities.
