Subject Costco development on the corner of Ten Mile and Chinden
Message I am opposed to the Costco store building on the corner of Ten Mile and
Chinden. Costco should not be built in a residential area. I am opposed to the
horrendous traffic it will bring to that intersection and to the entrance of Spurwing
Greens where I live. Traffic is already impossible during rush hour. Even with
widening Ten Mile and Children, it will be very congested and not appropriate for a
residential area. I like Costco, just not in my backyard with a great amount of traffic,
noise and pollution. Costco is better suite to be in a large business/retail
complex. Please deny the rezoning to allow Costco to build at this location.
