Subject Support for Costco at Ten Mile and Chinden
Message I want to voice my opinion regarding the proposed Costco at Ten Mile and
Chinden. I am in support of this development. I think this area of Meridian needs
additional commercial space and I think a Costco would be a great addition to the
area. I am a Costco member and would love to have one closer. I have read in the
news about the varying concerns about the development. I can understand people
having concerns. The fact is that any development has an increase in traffic, noise,
etc. While this needs to be accommodated, it shouldn't be used as an excuse to stop
development. I think the opposing voices are often the "squeaky wheels" that get the
attention. I wanted to be a voice in support of the development and I hope others in
support voice their opinion also.
