Message I believe Costco would be a plus for the city. The additional tax base would help keep
city taxes lower.
It seems every major intersection is zoned for comm'l use, Linder and Chinden, Mc
Milliam and Ten Mile, and more, the plus is the upgrade of the roads in the immediate
area, which will help those city residents in the growing west section of Meridian and
northwest city residents. Everyone knows that the one major concern for Treasurer
Valley is street traffic,Costco will provide better, wider roads which will help
residents sooner than later. Why shouldn't we have the new Costco, instead of
another local town, we need to take advantage of their benefits: tax base, wider
streets and shopping convenience.
I would love to see Costco here in Meridian, specifically Ten Mile and Chinden.
