Message I think a Costco store at Ten Mile and Chinden would serve the community well. A
Costco Store would improve the area. If we don't have a Costco we will end up with
apartments. This does not improve the neighborhood as you get all types of
people. The area will develop whether you want it to or not. Lets keep a good sound
business going and not pawn shops, bars etc in the area.
