Subject Proposed COSTCO project Ten Mile and Chinden
Message We are not able to attend the March 1 P&Z meeting, but would like our voices to be
heard. We fully support the building of a COSTCO at the proposed location. Not
only will it widen and improve both Chinden and Ten Mile roads; both needed
improvements, not to mention COSTCO will pay for it, but it will provide a closer
COSTCO for those of us who live "between" Costco stores. Also, unlike many
building projects, the proposed COSTCO will be built where there are not currently
residents and neighborhoods. Anybody who moves to that area in the future will do
so with full knowledge that they are moving near a COSTCO with its associated
traffic and other impacts.
