Message After reviewing the maps available of the designated area and the potential
subdivisions, we do not see a problem. Costco has jumped through hoops to
accommodate the people speaking out of concerns as well as for the City. It's a well
needed Market for a Costco, because of the growth in the area. Costco at Nampa and
Boise are always so crowded, this location will allow some of the numbers to equal
out.
