Message To whom it may concern: I received a letter from Costco requesting that I submit an
endorsement of the new proposed site at the corner of Ten Mile and Chinden. I tried
to use their suggested website link but it did not work. I do in fact support the project
at the proposed location. Thank you for considering our opinion.
