Dear C. Jay:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the request to vacate the
sewer line easement in regards to the above -referenced application. Please be advised NMID
has a pressurized irrigation main. in the northwest corner of this lot. This facility has a
minimum casement of ten feet (10') and must be protected.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans.
Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
