CC - ITD Reply February 23, 2018 C.Jay Coles Meridian City Clerk’s Office 33 East Idaho Avenue Meridian, Idaho 83642 VIA EMAIL RE: H-2018-0010 VACATE WATER AND SEWER EASEMENT GRAMERCY SUBDIVISION The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced water and sanitary sewer easement vacation application by Kent Brown for R & A Nielson Properties, LLC for lot 5, Block 1 of Gramercy Subdivision located at 1717 South Wells Avenue, south of I-84, milepost 45.60. ITD has the following comments: 1. This project does not abut the State highway system. 2. ITD does not object to the vacation of the referenced water and sanitary sewer easement as proposed.
