Subject:Please! NO Costco at Chinden and Ten Mile
We purchased our home in Spurwing Greens because it is surrounded by an all residential neighborhood. We could have
chosen a home closer to our daughter in Boise, but didn’t like the commercial/residential mix. It is unconscionable for
Meridian City Council and the Mayor to now consider Costco or any type of commercial businesses for the Chinden/Ten
Mile property. There is plenty of land near I84 and Ten Mile for businesses.
That property was planned as residential. Please, do the right thing, and leave it that way.
