Please do not change the zoning plans for the corner of Ten Mile and Chinden.
The traffic is already heavy there and will increase as more housing is added to this area. If schools are built nearby
(Black Cat) , there will be even more traffic. Putting a Costco at Ten Mile and Chinden would greatly increase traffic also.
I am disappointed that Meridian is growing faster than its infrastructure can accommodate. Also, a Costco seems
inappropriate for that corner. People living nearby did not buy homes, only to have a Costco in their backyard.
Please leave the plans as they are.
