Eagle Rd. Meridian, Idaho, parcel numbers 84582530280, and 50532417375. The Conditional Use and annexation is being required to allow Fast Eddy's to build their C - store continuous with their Carwash and Lube Shop. The proposed project is located near the intersection of Eagle Road and N. Centrepoint Way, in a RUT zoning district in Ada County. Previously this parcel was deannexed from the city Boise. Our proposed rezoning would be C -G. The drive thru lane is located on the north side of the building and site with stacking oriented toward the east and the exit oriented to the west. There is ample space to escape the lane and stack. The speaker and order point are also located on the east side. We also understand that per the city of Meridian code, hours are limited Gam to 11 pm, we would like to request that our hours be extended to 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We feel this is an appropriate request due to the fact that we are located on a major arterial roadway that has traffic 24 hours a day. Please note that during our required neighborhood meeting, there was no opposition from any neighbor. We appreciate your approval of our conditional use, annexation and rezone applications.
