Re: Seyam East Subdivision — Staff Report — AZ, CPAM, PP (H-2017-0159)
Dear Madam Mayor and Members of the City Council:
On behalf of the applicant, Volante Investments LLLP, the Staff Report for the above referenced
application has been reviewed and we ask that one condition be modified.
Section IX. Analysis. C — Preliminary Plat. Existing Structures. The Staff Report requires that the
two residences be removed from the subject property prior to the City Engineer signing the
final plat. We ask that we be allowed to record the final plat and delay the removal of the two
homes until necessitated by the development of the lots.
The reason for this request is the hardship which the renters will be caused because of the
eviction from the property. We would like to be able to have flexibility in working with the
renters to relocate.
