We have been able to make contact with two of the three property owners to the east of the Seyam East
properties. We have a call into the third owner, Michael Fisher, but he has not returned the call as of the time
of this email. The owners understand that we are requesting the FLUM for the Seyam East land be changed
from MU-R to Industrial and they are not opposed and understand their properties will most likely be
developed as industrial as well.
It is our intention to purchase each of these parcels at such time the owners are ready to sell.
