Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) will require a new Land Use Change
,application be filed for this project. Please contact Elke Adams at (208) 466-7861 or at 1503

For this project, NMID has 2 irrigation facilities in this area. The Rutledge lateral is located
on the South Boundary of this property. The District's easement for the Rutledge Lateral is a
minimum of forty feet (40'); ten feet (10') left, and thirty feet (30') right from centerline,
facing downstream. The Nine Mile Drain diagonals through this property. The District's
easement for the Nine Mile Drain is a minimum of one hundred feet (100'); fifty feet (50')
each side. All private laterals and waste ways must be protected.
These easements must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License
Agreement and approved plan before any construction is started is unacceptable.
All municipal surface drainage must be retained on site. If any municipal surface drainage
leaves the site, the NMID must review drainage plans.
