The Rutledge lateral is located on the South Boundary of this property. The District's easement for the Rutledge Lateral is a minimum of forty feet (40'); ten feet (10') left, and thirty feet (30') right from centerline, facing downstream. The Nine Mile Drain diagonals through this property. The District's easement for the Nine Mile Drain is a minimum of one hundred feet (100'); fifty feet (50') each side. All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. These easements must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License Agreement and approved plan before any construction is started is unacceptable. All municipal surface drainage must be retained on site.
