Message: Please maintain the city developed FLUM. Numerous families bought and built homes in NE
Paramount with the expectations this area would be zoned accordingly. In addition there should not be an
exception for an additional light be placed on Chinden. This will only drastically slow down the major
commuting corridor and open the door for every other developer to do the same. Several other developments
already function great without a dedicated light for their developments, this one should as well.
