I hope to make it to the meeting tonight, but if not, I'm forwarding a few concerns I
have that I hope are addressed before anything is approved.
My family lives in the Paramount subdivision very near to where this development is
located.
From what I've learned, it appears that the proposed WinCo for this development
will be a 24 store. I'm apposed to such a large store being open 24 hours so close
to our houses.
I also don't think it makes sense to have a big box grocery store across the street
from another big box grocery store that is already in place.
I'm also told that the plans are for Arliss street, the street we live on, will continue
on through into the parking lot of the new development. If true, traffic in front of
our house will increase significantly. It seems like high traffic should be pushed to
the larger streets.
