Sonya,
I understand that the Linder Village application is on your City Council agenda for January 16 th . ACHD has not taken an
action on the Linder Village application and it is not currently scheduled for a hearing with the ACHD Board of
Commissioners.
On December 11, 2017 ACHD, ITD, and City of Meridian staff met with the applicant and their traffic engineer to discuss
an updated traffic impact study and changes to the concept plan. During that meeting the applicant’s engineer had
indicated that the earliest that an updated traffic impact study would be available would be 6 weeks after updated
traffic counts are collected and I am not sure when they would of taken the new counts.
ACHD cannot take an action on the application until we received, review and approved the undated traffic impact study
and we have final concept plan for site.
I will let you know when we received the updated traffic impact study and keep you update on the review.
