addresses (so if people are on business/vacation, it recognizes where they are.. etc.. ) If the
signer doesn't catch the city field to correct it, it defaults to Anniston, AL or where they are at. I'd
be happy to cross reference the people with homeowner records from title companies, if that will
be an issue. I am confident over 97% of the signers reside in our 130 precinct.

Thanks for you email(s) and the petition documents. As this project is part of an open
application the City Council is prohibited from commenting while not on the public record. That
said, I wanted to let you know I had received your emails and had a chance to review the
petitions, (interesting to see the names from some outside the Treasure Valley) and I appreciate
you sharing the data with the City Council.
I encourage you to attend the public hearing to make your voice heard.
