I live near this area. Traffic is already getting bad with the current road
system. We do NOT need more large stores in this area. It would be a
traffic nightmare.

I do not believe this is the best development options for this locations.
This will ruin my property value and drastically increase travel times to
nearly all of the valley. Chinden and meridian cannot handle this added
traffic.

I don't want to see Meridian overrun with big box stores. I love the quiet,
peaceful place it is now. I enjoy coming home to a quiet area of town
versus the hustle and bustle associated with the commercial areas of
Boise and Nampa. There is another similar petition at "Don't rezone the
SE corner of Linder/Chinden" you can also support. Search Meridian, ID
in the search bar of change.org.

Chinden & Linder is already too crowded, and traffic will get much worse
if this property is rezoned.

I'm not opposed to a Costco or Winco in Meridian, but not next to a
residential neighborhood that was zoned for smaller-scale businesses.
