NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of
Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East
Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 for the purpose of
reviewing and considering the applications of:
Dan Zimmerman, TAIT & Associates for Preliminary Plat consisting of 7 building lots on 18.75 acres of
land in the C-G zoning district for Winco Wells Subdivision (H-2017-0153) located at 2600 E. Overland Rd;
New Cavanaugh, LLC for Preliminary plat consisting of 67 building lots and 9 common lots on 14.42 acres
of land in the R-8 district; Amendment to the Development Agreement to modify the conceptual development plan
to include more building lots for the development of patio homes on the portion of the site west of S. Standing Timber
Way for Caven Ridge Estates West (H-2017-0156) located on the east side of S. Meridian Road, south of E. Victory
Road.
Trevor Gasser for Annexation and Zoning of 5 acres of land with a C-C zoning district for Linder Mixed
Use Revised (H-2017-0095) located at 5960 N. Linder Road;
Matt Schultz for Conditional Use Permit approval consisting of 124 multi-family dwelling units on
approximately 10.68 acres in an existing C-G zoning district and Preliminary Plat approval consisting of 16 multi-
family building lots, 4 common lots and 2 other lots on 10.68 acres in an existing C -G zoning district for Harper Ridge
Subdivision (H-2017-0151) located at 3885 E. Copper Point Drive.
Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any and all interested persons shall
be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be
limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written materials may be submitted seven (7) days prior to the above hearing
date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials p resented at public meetings
shall become property of the City of Meridian. Anyone desiring accommodation for disabilities related to documents
