I noticed that you referenced single story buildings based off of my elevation pics. Those pics are intended for the two retail
pads that front Linder Rd. The dance studio and event center will be at least two stories. I have attached some pics from a
local theater for my conceptual elevations for the dance studio and event center.
You also reference the potential Linder access to be a temporary access. If for some reasons I don’t develop the property to
the south where I show a permanent access off of Linder, can we not shift that to the south of this parcel and keep it as a
permanent access?

Attached is the staff report for the proposed annexation & zoning for Linder Mixed Use. This item is
scheduled to be on the Commission agenda on December 21 st . The public hearing will be held at City Hall,
33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
