Linder Mixed Use Development- I am a nearby resident and have been interested i n this project from the start. I have
friends on both sides of the fence (literally and figuratively). I went to the initial meeting at City Hall, spoke at the
Planning and Zoning Commission meeting in October and have been keeping track of the progress of this
development.
TMEG Properties has been very easy to work with. I know that most recently, they met with residents (on
Wednesday) showing the current plan to them in plenty of time for them to make any comments and write in their
opinions to the City before the scheduled hearing. Although, I wasn't there, I spoke with a neighbor who was and she
was pleased with the improvements.
I appreciate the changes which have been made. This development now matches my expectation of what would best
fit on these two farm properties to blend with current resident's homes and surrounding businesses. As long as the
two story building just west of the fence doesn't intrude on any neighbor's privacy, I'm sure we'll get along well with
any new neighbors who move in.
