The Boise Project Board of Control has no objection to the request for Rezone,
Preliminary Plat and Conditional Use Permit on the above-mentioned project, as there are
no Project facilities located there, however the following items need to be addressed
between the developers and the Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District prior to any Final Plat
approval.
This property lies within the Nampa -Meridian. Irrigation District as noted in the
application, but is serviced by the Boise Project Board of Control via the United. States'
Lynch and McDonald Laterals.
It appears that this development will be included into a P.I. System, which is serviced by
Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District, Developers of this project need to contact NMID as
soon as possible to discuss this project.
Boise Project Board of Control must receive a written response from the Nampa -
Meridian Irrigation District as to who will own and operate the pressure irrigation system
and who will provide the surface irrigation water prior to review and approval of an
irrigation plan by Boise Project Board of Control.
Local irrigation/drainage ditches that cross this property, in order to serve neighboring
properties, must remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate easement.
If you have any further questions or comments regarding this matter, please do not
hesitate to contact me at (208) 344-1141.
Sincerey,
Thomas Ritthaler
