NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV-
EN pursuant to the Ordi-
nances of the City of Meridian
and the Laws of the State of
Idaho that the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the
City of Meridian will hold a
public hearing at the Meridian
City Hall, 33 East Broadway
Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at
the hour of 6:00 p.m. on
Thursday, December 7,
2017 for the purpose of re-
viewing and considering the
applications of:
745 W. Ustick, LLC for
Annexation and Zoning of
15.13 acres of land with a
TN -R zoning district for Sum-
mertown Subdivision (H-
2017-0142) located at 745 W.
Ustick Road.
Copies of the above appli-
cations are available for re-
view upon request. Any and
all interested persons shall be
heard at said public hearing,
and the public is welcome
and invited to submit testimo-
ny. Oral testimony may be
limited to three (3) minutes
per person. Written materials
may be submitted seven (7)
days prior to the above hear-
ing date so that all interested
parties may examine them
prior to the hearing. All mate-
rials presented at public
meetings shall become prop-
erty of the City of Meridian.

and at all times hereinafter mentioned
was over the age of eighteen years, and
not a party to the above entitled action.

Meridian Press, a weekly newspaper
published in the City of Meridian, in the
County of Ada, State of Idaho; that
the said newspaper is in general
circulation in the said County of
Ada, and in the vicinity of
Meridian, and has been
uninterruptedly published in said
County during a period of seventy-eight
consecutive weeks prior to the first
publication of this notice, a copy of
which is hereto attached.
3. That the notice, of which the annexed is
a printed copy, was published in said
