After a meeting on December 15th , the Developer and Planning Staff were in mutual agreement that
additional information was needed to help the Planning and Zoning Commission make an informed
decision on the application. To that end 745 W Ustick LLC is requesting a continuance of to the next
Planning and Zoning meeting on January 4th 2018. The requested information has accompanied this
request.
