Subject: DENY/REMAND Linder Village E-mails
Dear Mayor Tammy and City Council,
By now, you have seen a couple of e-mails come through - one form letter asking the city council to deny the
Linder Village application and one asking for it to be remanded back to P&Z. Since only a handful of residents
(about 12 of us) just saw the changed plans for the first time this past Tuesday evening, we haven't had time to
reach out to the 700 or so residents who have been following this application to get a consensus on what they
would like to do. So, we provided both stances for people to choose from and are trying to disseminate the
information and plans.

To avoid your inboxes being spammed, I took off the option that it will go to all of you every time someone fills
out the form. On Tuesday, I will send each letter with the tally of those who submitted it. I'm sure the clerk will
keep a record as well. We just wanted you to be aware of the views of many of the residents prior to the
hearing, especially since many cannot attend due to the holiday week.
Thank you for your service to the city of Meridian,
