Trevor: Because the annexation & zoning request has changed, it will need to be re-noticed. Please come in and pay a
re-notice fee of $183 and submit the revised concept plan by Nov. 20 th . Also, make sure to update the public hearing
notice sign on the site per the attached revised description.
Clerk: After the Commission approves the request for continuance at tomorrow night’s meeting, please re-notice this
project for the Dec. 21 st Commission hearing per the attached description.
