CC - Newspaper Publication 11.3NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of: Justin Hadley for Council Review of the Planning and Zoning Commission’s denial of a wireless communications facility at 1776 N. Avest Lane for AT&T Stor-It (H-2107-0139) located at 1776 N. Avest Lane; Lynx/DMG Real Estate Partners, LCC for Annexation and zoning of 81.61 acres of land from the RUT zoning district in Ada County to the C-C zoning district (64.75 acres) and the R-8 zoning district (16.87 acres) in the City; Preliminary Plat consisting of 16 commercial building lots, 1 residential building lot, 1 common lot and 3 other lots for future right-of-way dedication on 78.29 acres of land in the proposed C-C and R-8 zoning districts; and, Variance to UDC 11-3H-4B.2 for two (2) accesses via W. Chinden Blvd./SH 20-26 for Linder Village (H-2017-0088) located at the southeast corner of N. Linder Road and W. Chinden Blvd. at 1225 W. Chinden Blvd; Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written materials may be submitted seven (7) days prior to the above hearing date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials presented at public meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian.
