CITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING
RE -NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
November 21, 2017 for the purpose of reviewing and considering
the application H-2017-0088 by Lynx/DMG Real Estate Partners,
LLC for a Request for an Annexation and Zoning of 81.61 Acres of
Land from the RUT Zoning District in Ada County to the C -C Zoning
District (64.75 Acres) and the R-8 Zoning District (16.87 Acres) in the
City; A Preliminary Plat Consisting of 16 Commercial Building Lots,
One (1) Residential Building Lot, One (1) Common Lot and Three (3)
Other Lots for Future Right -Of -Way Dedication on 78.29 Acres of
Land in the Proposed C -C and R-8 Zoning Districts and a Variance
to UDC 11 -3H -4B.2 for Two (2) Accesses Via W. Chinden Blvd./
SH2O-26 for Linder Village located 1225 W, Chinden Boulevard

public hearing listed on this notifica-
tion or submit written testimony to
the City Clerk's Office at 33 E.
Broadway Ave., Meridian, Idaho

than 7 days prior to the scheduled
hearing date. Applications are
subject to change throughout the
public hearing process and it is
incumbent on interested persons to
