Thank you for the staff report. I will have the site plan adjusted for the 10% open space/plaza for the commercial component
of the plan prior to the City Council meeting. I have also attached a couple elevations of some past commercial developments
for the commercial component of the development.

Attached is the staff report for the proposed annexation & zoning and rezone for Linder Mixed Use. This
item is scheduled to be on the Commission agenda on October 19 th . The public hearing will be held at City
Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
