I love the idea of having Costco within walking distance from us. The neighbors around here are 100% for it as
well. I live at 2487 W. Ladle Rapids and I urge you to encourage the detractors from developing this
commercial site for Costco to move away instead of depriving the rest of us the opportunity to shop in one of
the best retail lines in America right out our back door.

You know, it is always easier to be against something in a group setting than to be for it because the negatives
are more personal and the positives are more universal. So just keep that in mind when you are deciding how to
zone the lot at Ten Mile and Chinden. The personal remarks are very local and loud and the people on the other
side want to avoid those situations so they sit back and hope you make the right decisions.
