CITY OF MERIDIAN RE-NOTICE OF HEARING
RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, September 7, 2017 for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the application H-2017-0088 by Lynx/DMG Real
Estate Partners, LLC for Comprehensive Plan to change the
future land use map designation on 55+/- acres of land from Mixed
Use-Community (MU-C) to Mixed Use-Regional (MU-R), 7+/- acres
from MDR to MU-R; and 5+/- acres from MU-C to MDR; Annexation
and Zoning of 81.02 acres of land from the RUT zoning district in
Ada County to the C-G Zoning District (62.04 acres) and the R-8
zoning district (18.98 acres) in the city; and Preliminary Plat
approval consisting of 14 commercial building lots on 75.78 acres of
land in the proposed C-G and R-8 zoning districts for Linder Village
located 1225 W. Chinden Boulevard
