Subject Linder Village Rezoning + New development
Message Dear City Council Members,
My husband and I are concerned about the proposed Linder Village development.
Our street is close to this new development in the Paramount subdivision.
Our concerns are:
Additional noise and traffic using our roads for stores or strip mall retailers.
Safety for our families- we have young children out in the streets playing and already
have a great deal of traffic from Rocky Mt. High School.

Property Values - we are concerned that whatever happens in the rezoning of our
neighborhood will affect our property tax value of our home.
