Hello,
I am writing to you in regards to amendment H-2017-0088. My husband and I strongly oppose the proposal to
amend current zoning of the property.
We have lived in Meridian for over 20 years. We moved to Paramount in 2005 and purchased our house based
on the vision and plan that City planners had for the area. We welcome growth that is appropriate for the
current and future infrastructure. We want the current zoning to stay as is and what is reflected in the
comprehensive plan and land use map.
The proposed changes to rezone to allow for larger businesses will have a direct negative impact on ours and
our communities quality of life. Increased traffic, road safety, and increase noise is just a few of the negative
impacts.
Please ensure that our city continues to be a place with vision for responsible growth.
